We had bacon farmers breakfast wrap and Boston cream donuts this week and the farmers wraps were the best we’ve ever had! They were actually wrapped perfectly. Food could not fall out and it was filled with breakfast foods. So good! The Boston cream donuts were very fresh and delicious! We very much appreciate it. Thank you. We will be back!

If I could rate them in the negatives I would. Stopped for an ice coffee, 3 staff members looked at me and continued chatting and making coffee. Finally one came over, I was the only person in the store, never said hi, just looked at me, I placed my order, went to pay, she said Interac and I just no I have visa and her comment was - whatever. Now I understand why the one on the TCH is so busy! Way better staff and friendly. Don’t waste your time here, go to the TCH Tim’s.

The worst service ever. I've been to alot of Tim o Hortons before bur never been treated so poorly over something that wasn't my fault. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that was on the computer screen and was charged for it but was told they don't make it anymore and wouldn't give money back. Then the manager came out, yelling and put her hand in my face saying it wasn't her problem. Got my money but the chicken noodle soup I also ordered was cold and disgusting. Never again will I or my family visit this Tim Hortons.

I ordered 2 wraps here today. This woman put our wraps into the grill and waited for a bit. She slapped her co-worker in the butt then handled our wraps. This is absolutely disgusting, so I got her to remake it. If you're ordering food at this location, please be alert!!!

Will not park orders from drive through. Sometimes slow but good coffee.
If u could give zero stars I would. Visiting the area from a cruise into Corner Brook. Stopped in this place to see what the rage was about. As a good American I used the self service kiosk to help ensure there are less low paying jobs. Ordered a few drinks and a self selection of timbits. Upon waiting at the pickup counter a woman with very nasty teeth (what’s up Canada, I thought you had good dental care eh) informed me very rudely that the selection I ordered was not available. I asked why the kiosk allowed me to order as it told me others were out. She very rudely said I’m supposed to look at the case before I order? Really? Maybe the kiosks should be removed if they are completely useless. Asked for a refund was told she could not give me one and I had to order different timbits. They had no timbits that I wanted. All they really had was coconut. Finally told her to just increase the numbers of what I ordered in the ones they had. What did she do, she gave me coconut. Good thing I wasn’t allergic to coconut otherwise I would have been in the hospital and could have sued her for her free health care and her other free Canadian government benefits. Needless to say I will not be back to a Tim Hortons and if this how they all are I understand why they have not expanded across the US.
