They are right about the view,
Shiela is the nicest person. So ultra friendly and really warm. She told us all about 'dressing and gravy' with fish and chips. Great and authentic NFL. Stunning view. Great seating outside on the clifftop if the black flies are not out, if they are great picture windows inside to look at the fab view too. Food is normal pub food. They sell beer and wine too.
Would recommend and ask for Shiela.

Food was all fried and almost nothing fresh. Service was grumpy. Only thing going for this place is the views, which are stunning indeed.

We were at Bernard Kavanagh's restaurant on Saturday, July 20. The food was excellent, and the people were very friendly. If you're in the area, drop in, and you won't be disappointed.

For appetizers, we had wings, seafood chowder, garlic bread with cheese (this was good!!!) and we each had the Kitchen Sink because we were mighty hungry. It came with a heap of fries.
The fries alone in one order is good for people. Best to order one Kitchen Sink and do other items without fries. That way the fries aren’t wasted.
Service was friendly, helpful and patient. It was a lot of fried food but we enjoyed our lunch here overall. We went in the middle of the afternoon so it wasn’t a busy time.
It was a foggy and rainy day when we went so the view wasn’t the best on that day but we could only imagine how beautiful it could have been on a clear day.

You are guaranteed a good meal at this restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the view is truly spectacular.
Their cheeseburgers are excellent, the seafood chowder is excellent and you will not be disappointed with the fish and chips (I likes mine with dressing and gravy).
