Had a great fish & chips meal today. Great food and service! I appreciated that they opened and served me this evening. I’ve been looking forward to this feed for almost a year. I’m from Saskatchewan and we don’t get fish like this at home.

Went today after site seeing and hiking around Flatrock and came across this truck selling fish and chips (along with a few other meals). Definitely worth the stop! Crispy well-seasoned battered cod (skin still on so you know it isn't just frozen Costco cod!) The French fries/chips you can tell are local grown potatoes. You can taste the hardy minerals in the potatoe itself. (Would recommend they did a double fry on the potatoes next time cause they didn't seem to be crispy fries) But; the fish, by far was the catch of the meal for sure ? Friendly customer service. They bring it right to your car after you order, or you can sit down to one of their picnic tables and enjoy hot and fresh.
Parking: It's more like a driveway than a parking lot. Have to be weary of parking when they get busy cause there isn't really "parking lots" so you could get stuck with someone parking behind.
