Breakfast sandwiches were alright, needed to toast the English muffins a little more. They were pretty much raw. Hashbrowns were horrible. Greasy and inedible. They used to be awesome, but since they've changed to "Mchashbrowns", they are nasty. Not as tasty and unique as they once were. Yuck.

This is a great franchise and the local owner/operator runs a great business. Staff are friendly.. The food is consistently high quality and fairly priced for everyone to be able to enjoy a treat. Drive thru is quick and the app works great.(*Don't forget to use the banking code to complete your order ?). The beef tastes proper, not like the other chain with the clown Rep.? .. the latest drink options are welcomed and the coffee/breakfast is top notch.. well done..

Burger was cold, cheese wouldn’t even melt. The fries were extremely soggy and cold. Coffee was the only good thing.

I've never had hot food there. Even when I watched it come off the grill, it was left at the pass until cold. I made an order from the App and they got it wrong. Remade part of the order which meant the remainder of the order went cold while I waited again. I like A&W food but they need to improve the service.
