Amazing staff, very friendly, food excellent!!
I was extremely disappointed eating here given the positive rating it showed online. The food quality was very inconsistent, service was very slow, and the atmosphere was odd. This place felt like it could be featured on kitchen nightmares or bar rescue.
We are here on a Friday and Sunday night. The Friday night service was friendly, atmosphere was good with music playing, but the food was dreadful. A platter we ordered had way overcooked onion rings, well cooked potato skins but with unmelted cheese, and the taquitos were gross, soft and seemed undercooked. One order of just potato skins had a hair in the half melted cheese.
On Sunday the platter a friend ordered seemed better, but the taquitos were still soft. Service was friendly but wasn’t very good. There seemed to be about 1 server per table working, and 3 of us sat at the bar. Multiple times we waited with empty beer glasses at the bar for over 10 minutes because the staff would congregate in front of the kitchen window idle. When we could flag someone down, the staff member would “get someone to do that for us” before waiting longer still. Service at the bar was almost non existent. The atmosphere sucked, we managed to get the blue jays to play on one tv, but were informed volume had to be muted, “as per policy”. The whole place was quiet as there was no tv volume or music. It was a very disappointing and unfortunate experience in almost every way

I just had a very disappointing experience here. We waited for an hour and a half for chicken wings and tacos!!! I understand it could get busy sometimes but we were completely ignored. When we finally decided to leave, not a single staff member asked why or even acknowledged us. This kind of treatment shows a complete lack of respect for customers. Definitely not a place I would recommend or return to.

We were seen to quickly and were led to a table. 25 minutes passed by and nobody seemed to know we were there. Walking out now.
Enjoyed my meal, will definitely return
I would have to say this was the worst food I have eaten. Would not recommend this location to anyone. The service was nothing to write home about.
$ 95 of food that was thrown out
