Online orders are a joke at this location. I placed an online order about two hours prior to pick up. I arrived and still had to wait for my order. They only start preparing orders when the people arrive making pre-orders absolutely useless. Good luck if they run out of chicken and have to make more. You'll be there at least 30 minutes after you requested pickup.

They use a garbage bucket to top up the ice in the soda machine... not an in use garbage bucket I'm sure but doesn't look good as a customer visual. Was there a few days ago and the chicken tenders were been dried and hard from sitting too long. Not the fist time this has happened. Past experiences they've didnt had chicken because cookers are slow and needed 20 plus minutes to finish cooking. Not cheap for fast food, money is better off spent elsewhere

Worst service ever.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. I asked for three cups of ice water for my kids, and they wouldn't give it to me. They made me pay 10 bucks for 2 bottles of water. After spending 80 bucks on a meal for 5 people. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to think twice about coming back here again.
Only came here because everyone in my group insisted. I used to love the big crunch, but it just tasted terrible. KFC has really gone downhill in the last number of years. To top it off I felt under the weather for a couple of days afterwards. Gonna think long and hard before returning.

a dog wouldn't eat that food. place was dirty fountain drinks didn't work. since when do you need a key to use the washroom when you order to eat in. never seen nothing like this before. won't be back.
