We did a pre-order for a birthday party for an 11am pick up. My husband went at 11 to pick up and noone was there. we called so many times and no answer. We sent a message to the FB page to be told that they were delayed opening at 3pm. Okay well what about my order? Why did noone call us to tell us?? I understand things happen, but the way they handled it was extremely inappropriate by not yelling their customers who had orders to make alternate arrangements. Was offered a free...read full review

My sister went in at 9:39 to pick up some pizza for our kids. (closes at 10) was ignored for the first 5 minutes even though they looked over a couple of times. finally at 9:44 guy comes over with an angry look. she said is it too late to order? He grumbled "well we close at 10."
She said "well I just want the medium pepperonis can they be done by 10?"
(if not, perfectly understandable we'd go to McDonald's)
