Very shitty service they messed up our order left me waiting. U can seem the talking behind the counter with what IAM to assume is supervisor to come over all smooth as if he dont know already they messed up my order so I call out his shitty customer service and I guess he got his ego hurt look at me right stern want u money back so u can leave I told him up to I can if u want he changed his tune for a sec but then i proceeded to call him out on the very shitty service I was receiving he then starts causing at me Like he a big man or something and to think I try and make that place a stop on way home from vacation every years well that will be my last u can do better who ever owns this place with ur staff this guy is a peace of work for sure

The workers never pick up calls, the website doesn't work the vast majority of the time. The pizza itself is mediocre at best for all the hoops and hurdles you have to go through to place an order let alone receive it. crazy bread however is pretty good.

This store does not understand the meaning of their moto "hot and ready".There's a 10-20 minute wait on everything, even when the hot and ready display is full, it's normally a couple minutes past it's selling time frame and would rather customers wait or walk out then serve perfectly good food.Gander location in particular. Seems to be in the name of cutting costs but makes for a bad experience everytime. I have just walked out empty handed again for my last time with that location. Shame because foods usually good if there's anything to buy.

Awful pizza. No flavour, barely ever any cheese on the pizza. I guess you get what you pay for. Service is usually nice, restaurant is generally clean. BUT MY GOD the pizza is just awful.
