I was at gander mcdonalds on april 10th around 2:00 am and i was waiting at window for literally more than 10 minutes and when someone come over there and we (me and my friend) ask him why there was no one there at window cash register even after 10 minutes wait then he said I am the only one working at that time, but we see there two person at one time, one is taking our payment and one is standing at back (seems to be like kitchen guy) and I came to know about from my friend (who used to work at that branch few months back) that person is taking our payment is supervisor during night shift, his name is Zachary Vickers and he was very rude when he was dealing with us and also when we ask him to scan our rewards points then he said that it didn’t work during night shifts, which I know that he was lying because I was at Mcdonalds lot of time during night time and everyone scan my rewards points. So it was very horrible experience.

So so this time the server at the pick up window don't even say Hi to u ... u pull up to the window and food or drinks come out and nothing from them .. u say hello to them and they don't even respond to u.. and this time In particular I asked for 1 extra sugar and the person rolled there eyes at me and grabbed 4-5 and stuck the hand out the window with a rude look..and then God for bid I asked can I get a spoon as well, I thought she was going to throw it at me.... wow... it will be a while before I will go back there sorry 😞

Despite being super busy lines moved very fast, bathrooms were pristine!
How can they mess up 3 out 4 meals then laugh about it. Don't even have the all the ingredients to go on the burgers ? very disappointed

Time for an upgrade. While most McDonald's restaurants have the self-serve kiosks, this one does not, and this is slowing the service down. The food was as good as other McDonald's. The atmosphere of the building was not up to the standards of others.

Adequate McDonalds. It was very busy, both times we visited. The entry way and doors can be tight when many people enter at once.

We ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and got cheese and e asked for relish on the burger and there was none and the 6 pack nugget meal had only four nuggets.
