Came here on a Sunday for some Breakfast before we go to the airport. Google says they’re open at 8am, however we waited till 8:20 & they did not open. Super upset since Robins is our new favourite stop for breakfast…

Great location. Love the airplanes; however, I had to drive around the building several times to figure out if they were open or not. None of the pot lights inside were turned on in the building so it was a bit dark. There was very little donut selection at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday. I love Robin’s and have visited almost every location in Canada. If these guys want to succeed, they have to actually try. Have the employees park their car in the front and turn on some more lights to bring in more customers.

It was not clean. Table tops were sticky, door glass was grossly smeared, floors not swept etc.Very unclean!!

Went here today because i heard people talk great things about their food and coffee.. actually disappointed from what i heard to what i experienced my food tasted like a microwaved sandwich that i could've bought at walmart with 2 in a box for $6 the coffee was very mediocre ..my instant coffee actually tastes better and the donuts i got were absolutely stale or “day olds” for the price i paid compared to what i got i can say i should've went to mcdonalds and saved a couple bucks ..even the women behind the counter seemed grumpy

I went to the drive thru,here this evening Friday ard 5:30,I ordered 2 med chocolate ice capp with whipped cream,.I was given 2 med vanilla ice capp with chocolate sauce and a little squirt of whipped cream.I then preceded to the store ,I told him you gave me the wrong drinks ,that's not chocolate ice capp.The server who was a foreigner,grin ignorantly and said we do not have that on our menu ,I told him I bought it there before and any other Robin's I go to,he ignorant grin again and said we don't had a machine to make it.IHe just refund me and before I left I said ,you don't know how to do your job.

Was there couple days ago. Had bacon, eggs, hash browns & toast. It was delicious. Two young guys working the drive through & counter did an excellent job looking after all the customers that were there at the time.

They are extremely respectful, they are always smiling and sometimes they even make me laugh when I’m having a bad day lol if I could rate this place more then 5 stars I would :)

The establishment could benefit from more attention to a cleaner dining room, although it did not decrease the satisfaction of my tea! The staff were friendly and efficient.
