We went there to participate in the Festive meal that is offered during the Christmas period.
The restaurant is shared with a Harvey's fransmchise, therefore the Swiss Chalet dining area can be crowded during promotional meal times.
We enjoyed the meal and the service was great.

I think staffing issues plague all restaurants in the maritime which impact the level of service - however the young lady who served us did a great job and singularly managed the front of house of the restaurant.
