I have been a long time customer of tim in gander but lately I have notice the workers there with beards but not wearing a hair net over the hair in there face while making or serving the food.you should make them wear the hair net.its disgusting

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. The blonde-haired woman with glasses making my sandwich didn't change her gloves frequently, and the wait was almost 30 minutes. To make matters worse, she was quite rude.

This location has been without a working espresso machine for months. I really don’t understand how or why they unable to consistently offer what is on their menu. Management at this location needs to get their stuff together.

All table were dirty. We had to clean one off ourselves. The men's washroom was also very dirty.
The bathrooms were disgusting, and the restaurant lobby wasn't much cleaner.
