Ordered a large pizza and an oven sub, arrived 20 minutes after the order was placed and was told it'd be another 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I had my food. The guy who gave my food apologized and said it came out of the oven 5 minutes before i went to the counter for a second time. There needs to be better organization here.

Ordered online and received an email at 5:21 saying that the store had received the order. Arrived at the store just before 6:00. Did not get back to the vehicle until 6:46! Adequate pizza with unacceptable service. No excuse given as to why it took so long.

Waited 25 minutes to ask if I was placing an order, only wanted 2 slices at lunchtime only to be told by the rudest person I have ever encountered in the service industry that there were no slices and it would be at least 40 minutes, ridiculous. Won't be going back again.

Location is good pizza is great kinda felt bad for the staff as when i went they had so many orders to do but i guess that is what good pizza will do. Did miss a couple parts of my order but with being slammed it is understandable
