Food was amazing but the service was super slow. Waited almost an hour for our food. Then waited another 10-12 minutes trying to check out.

Food was great but also took and hour and we were getting impatient. Checkout didn’t go well either we waited 10-12min just to checkout definitely needs to be thought about how they can handle tables faster then they do.

Unable to leave a rating on the food as we never received any. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for food but nothing arrived. Tables who were sat around the same time as us, has their meal finished and we’re leaving.

After cancelling the ordered, our original server wouldn’t come speak with us about the concern.

Arrived at 6:00 left at 8:00 we got our orders submitted extremely quick roughly around 6:05 at 7:00 we all realized that it had taken a while ( may I Mention our drinks weren’t topped up and not a single worker had checked on us to tell about or orders) as 7:15 we were thinking on leaving but decided to wait an extra 15 mins ( we have a diabetic in our party so this was quite Concerning for us ) 7:30 we were about to leave and our food was arriving we were Super relieved. We ate and left ( the person that was going to pay said ‘’ we are not paying for this disgrace of a Meal ‘’ but grudgingly we payed) Listen to me if you are in Grand Falls never come here.

We arrived at 6.15 and were able to place our order quickly. After waiting 45 minutes we asked our server Brenna how long? She apologized for the delay and would check on our food. She returned to say our order would be started in approximately 5 to 10 minutes. It still didn't come and we asked her what the problem was she promised to check on it and returned quickly to indicate it would be out shortly. Finally we received our food at about 7.20. My partner had ordered wings with a baked potato. The potato was hard and uncooked although hot. Brenna said she would have the cook another one and advised us our dinners would be comped because of the delays. Finally we received a fresh well cooked potato after about 10 minutes.
I have to compliment Brenna on how she did her best to give us good service, she was excellent.
Management need to ensure sufficient kitchen staff are available on busy dinner times.

I had a few good experiences here but today was not one of them. There were kids put next to us cursing and saying really inappropriate things, the food was bland and sloppy and we were given the bill before we were even done eating. It felt really rushed and I got food poisoning also.

Can't beat the BBQ chicken taquitos.

Kid-friendliness: There was a little treasure chest of toys. Got a fun little slinky to keep the daughter entertained.

Our visit to the GFW NL Jungle Jim's was somewhat disappointing this time around, it was wing night so that's what we ordered 2 baskets, along with Ceasar salad, & a side ordered of veggies, I have to say the wings were really small & dried out, the taste of salty maple was devine but the very small wings overcooked was not a pleasant experience, I myself left 6 in my basket, I decided my salad would be my meal that was so welted & soggy absolutely lacking crispness, no lemon slice with it, & to top it off steamed veggies -2 small pieces of broccoli ? serve with carrot matchsticks, it was so cold the butter wouldn't melt. Needed to say I declined dessert, we have went to Jungle Jim's many times in Cornerbrook & we have always been satisfied with are meal, sorry to say that the Grand falls/Windsor NL. really failed to impress us. Our server was wonderful, kitchen needs to give attention to temperature when food comes out and to quality & quantity, big prices demand big expectations or at least fair. Thank you VGS

My sister and I just waited for about 5 minutes at the entrance to be seated. Two employees were there and didn't even acknowledge us, and just left us standing there still waiting to be seated . We left. Very rude and very poor service

We had the best experience at Jungle Jim’s in GFW! Debbie was our waitress and she was an absolute joy - so kind and friendly!!!! The food was fantastic, but Debbie is what made it such a great experience! On behalf of Mocean Physio, thank you so much!!!!!
