Wow. We do love KFC and enjoy going to the location in Grand Falls Windsor and typically the staff is very nice. But unfortunately today when I went to the counter to tell the staff I was here at the store for my order that I just placed online (I was told previously to let them know if I order online when I get to the store to eat at the store to let them know so they start preparing it promptly) I was snapped at in a rude tone by the staff for rushing them and they stated “We just got it!” It’s not ready! I explained why I told them I was there and ready when they were but they were just plain rude. 2 older female staff. What a disappointment!!

We bought 4 pickle burgers and one large normal poutine. Out of all 4 burgers, not ONE had a single pickle on it!? A little pickle seasoning and two had a very little amount of pickle dried pieces like funions (just a couple). A pickle sandwich you pay $14 for (just the burger, not the meal) and get not one pickle, not one slice of pickle, not one sliver of pickle????

I did want to order from the app but it was very hard. It would not give me the special for mondays. The sandwich on mondays is $6.00 . It wanted to charged me the regular price.

Just ordered big crunch combo and twister combo in drive through. Chicken was dried out and bun was old. Way to much mayo on the big crunch. Also out of lettuce
