Just ordered big crunch combo and twister combo in drive through. Chicken was dried out and bun was old. Way to much mayo on the big crunch. Also out of lettuce

Had multiple issues with my orders and food concerns, worst part is they have a phone number that no matter how many times you call, time of day, day of tge month, month of the year.... NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTS YOU , LIKE WHAT IN THE WORLD 🌎 😒 😡

I had the pleasure of being served by Lisa Hiscock, who went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about the menu made it easy to choose our favorites, and she made some excellent recommendations. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just as I remembered, and the sides were deliciously satisfying.
Overall, my experience at this KFC was enhanced by Lisa's exceptional service. It's refreshing to see someone so passionate about their job, and it definitely made my visit memorable. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal, and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Lisa, you’re in for a treat!
