The employees were the nicest employees ever they need a raise. And they were very happy to be there.
Bathrooms were very clean lots of space and lots of places to sit down.

Very bad service. First they gave me wrong order, I called them and they told me they will give me the right one and I can go there anytime. I went there during my break as I was at work. They gave me the same sandwich they made 2 hrs ago. That’s ridiculous. I asked the girl on drive thru if they made it fresh she said yes but I can really see how bad it is. The sauces are gone all over. It’s cold now. They are not picking up the call now.

The last two visits in the past month have been far from what this restaurant used to be like. The sandwich makers not hygienic at all, wiping their nose and their pants while making your sub. Subs are smaller, veggies not fresh, and the counters are very dirty. I used to prefer this place for its cleanliness... not anymore. I won't be returning.
Went through the drive thru ordered a foot long combo and then they give me a six inch and when I went in they ask for a receipt and but i wasn't given one and the idiot who made my order said he didn't even remember making my order and wasn't even that busy there on top of that the dumb idiot also gave me a bottle of frozen dr pepper

Be careful of the employees adding a 20% tip for themselves before passing you the debit machine in the drive thru. Wife asked for receipt and got printed debit receipt, she said I want the other receipt, and before employee handed it to her she said “oh by the way I added a 20% tip, but thats ok though it’s only 2.50” if she’s doing that all day she’s getting some good tips.

Went through the drivethru with no cars behind me. After I started ordering a couple pulled in behind me. The worker/owner (I found out later) forgot to ask me if I wanted to make it a meal. When we got to the window, he remembered to ask. As I was asking my daughter what she wanted, he motioned to us and said "Hurry up. Figure it out," in a rude tone. He never gave us a chance to reply before telling us to "Hurry up". It wasn't our fault he forgot to ask. After telling us to "Hurry up," we still had to wait 5 minutes for our order, so I don't know what he was in a rush about. He made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable like we were doing something wrong. I've been there many times and never had an issue with any of the workers, but the owner is a very rude and unprofessional person. I understand why the turnover rate is so high at the business. Worst Subway on the Island.

Basic subway sandwich. Just can't get passed the fact that no one working here ever seems to speak proper English. Had to repeat myself half a dozen times. I basically ordered a sub and gave a free english / pronunciation lesson.
