Be careful of the employees adding a 20% tip for themselves before passing you the debit machine in the drive thru. Wife asked for receipt and got printed debit receipt, she said I want the other receipt, and before employee handed it to her she said “oh by the way I added a 20% tip, but thats ok though it’s only 2.50” if she’s doing that all day she’s getting some good tips.

Went through the drivethru with no cars behind me. After I started ordering a couple pulled in behind me. The worker/owner (I found out later) forgot to ask me if I wanted to make it a meal. When we got to the window, he remembered to ask. As I was asking my daughter what she wanted, he motioned to us and said "Hurry up. Figure it out," in a rude tone. He never gave us a chance to reply before telling us to "Hurry up". It wasn't our fault he forgot to ask. After telling us to "Hurry up," we still had to wait 5 minutes for our order, so I don't know what he was in a rush about. He made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable like we were doing something wrong. I've been there many times and never had an issue with any of the workers, but the owner is a very rude and unprofessional person. I understand why the turnover rate is so high at the business. Worst Subway on the Island.

June 3rd, order a simple sub as always, when I gave my son , my son explained it was to have no Sauce just simple cold cut white footlong toasted shreed cheese.Today June 6th, 2023, brought my concern to Manager, and her words what do exspect me to do about. Since I couldn't provide proof the manager basically called me a liar. As I told her about this she kind smiled and nothing I could do. So be aware if you find wrongfully done documents take pictures.Belive me if I had another Subway I told her I never come back. She the Manager didn't care.I basically buy a sub for my son at least 20 or more In a month.

"No longer is Swiss Cheese available", no green olives, hardly any meat and sub kind of "thrown together" while you watch by angry server! Not going back!?
