This is getting ridiculous. This is happening way to offend with this location and absolutely not a damn thing is being done about it. Order two steak and egg breakfast sandwichs both on croissants but one without egg and two cold brews. Didn't have cold brews at all and got only one steak and egg croissant and the other on a biscuit. When I went in to have it fixed was told sorry but that's not what I ordered. This location needs a whole new staff with people and managers that are willing to do the job right. Sad part is the owner does not care about his two locations. I wish I could give less stars.Update: May 18 2024Once again our order was wrong. I went back and politely asked to speak with a manager or supervisor working. The manager Dawn came over rudely asked what was wrong. As I was explaining to her, she walked away from not to ex knowledge what the complaint was. No sorry, no taken responsibility for the mistake just throw the order out and barks at the person making sandwichs. And than the person making said sandwichs thrown down the new order, walks away. Only reason on going back is to hopefully that the employees have step up their game but sadly they have not.

The store has gone down hill since shutting down night shift. They are out of alot of baked goods right after supper and any time by 8pm good luck getting anything, icecap machine is down the mornings and baked goods are not usually ready until 8am. Only reason giving 1 star is because of morning crew they are extremely pleasant can't say much for evenings they have 1 person for 2 speakers and your lucky if they realize you are there after waiting 10 minutes.

I have tried to contact the store privately but that does not seem like an option.I am usually a McDonald's coffee person, but I really was interested in participating in the roll up the rim. This morning I went thru the drive thru, your scanner was not working so......1. No points for my coffee2. NO roll up the rim AND3. I paid more for my coffee then I would at McDonaldsI would like to get my points and my roll up the rim!!!

I ordered 3 wraps. First they didn’t know how to punch order on screen. The girl at 9.28am working on bagel bar was so rude. She even didn’t make my order correct. She was throwing food orders, such a disgusting customer service. Never going on this location again.

I've been harassed at this location before, more than once. An older gentleman was VERY rude. The lady at the window during weekdays is awful. bUT the other lady makes up for it, she is so pleasant, especially in the mornings.

My favorite Tim's to head to when I need a coffee! The staff are very friendly, efficient and always serve you with a smile on their face. Can't ask for a better location. Keep up the great work!

Few days ago- Bishops falls location was packed, 12 workers between cash/food prep/drinks and drive thro and they had a lineup of people inside waiting to order or waiting for their food. Some people waited 20mins for food.Parking: Depending how busy they are it can be hard to find parking

We were from out of the area and decided to go in to order since no one was in the line up I asked for a toasted bagel and my dsughter in law ordered a farmers wrap, while the yound students stood around diddel daddling. I waited 8 minutes just for a toasted bagel with butter, and my daughter in law waited a bit longer for her food and cold coffee. It was NOT busy. The service was very slow. I felt the person who was making the food could have been a trainee, but if so, someone could have helped her, so we didn't have to wait too long.
