Terribly slow counter orders get ignored for lengthy periods to focus on drive thru. Making a 20 min stop to get a coffee at the counter. No excuse it's an express Tim's so should be much quicker. Keep 1 person on the

Stopped here a number of times while on vacation, most times we were greeted by people who seemed to hate their job. In addition, at each visit, the scanning machine for the rewards program was not working. Started going to the other Tim's location where the service was always friendly, and you could use your rewards card.

We ordered on the app. Our order was ready when we requested it. As soon as we entered the store to pick it up we were greeted and our order was ready. Order was accurate. Excellent service!

Quieter than the other Tim's in GFW! It is 1:15pm and line up for "drive through" backed out to the road! No one seems to want to park and get out for a coffee anymore!?Reason for only 1 star is because it is closed at night!?

6 people working the drive thru window. Totally ignoring me waiting to be served at the counter inside. Took a long time to acknowledge I was even there. Also did not put the carrot cake muffin in my bag of donuts. My wife was with me and couldn't believe how bad the service was. I rarely go to Tim Hortons here in town anymore because of the poor service.

Relatively fast and efficient to serving vehicle lineups. Most times, coffee is made very accurate so I am always satisfied and I go to this Tim Hortons on a First choice and regular basis.
