My favourite way to get a coffee from tim’s is to get a french vanilla with espresso shots, it’s just how i like it and how ive been getting it for years. I went to this locations drive thru because the other one in the area has a broken espresso machine. Firstly the drive thru has enough room for maybe four cars before it’s out onto a busy street. Then the girl at the order speaker laughs at me when i order my drink and goes “you want what”. Anyways I get up and get my order all fine and dandy. When i got home my coffee was not made correctly and was filled literally half way up (this drink is on the more expensive side anyways which is fine but i expect a full cup) and you’ll never guess that my bagel was burnt and they put butter on it instead of the cream cheese i asked for and paid for. Easy to say i’ll stick to the other location next time espresso machine or not, at least u get nice service and mostly what you ask for

Traffic backs up into the actually street causing traffic jams on the roadway and potential accidents.
I been coming to this location for about 2 years so I'm finally making a review not a first time experience quite normal.

Terribly slow counter orders get ignored for lengthy periods to focus on drive thru. Making a 20 min stop to get a coffee at the counter. No excuse it's an express Tim's so should be much quicker. Keep 1 person on the

Started going to the other Tim's location where the service was always friendly, and you could use your rewards card.
