If I could rate 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I both got sick and we were told there is no manager until monday. We both had boneless wings which loomed like chicken strips. The chicken tasted sour and like it’s been sitting there awhile although we booked a time to pick up. We were waiting to see a movie while eating and not long after both got sick. Will be going to the Gander one next time.
Update: We were basically told they didn’t believe us and said whatever they could to not take the blame. They also mentioned this review leaving a bad taste in their mouth. I can confidently say it 100% left one in ours too. They would not do anything. Do not recommend.

Had a pickup order, few minutes after eating it me and my Fiancée got sick to the point of throwing up, when I called back we were told we had to wait till Monday to get it resolved because no manager was present. So getting food poisoning was basically met with "Not our problem." Wings were old and tasted like sour chicken, so very much not impressed overall by this establishment.

Saturday evening five of us went to your establishment and it was very disappointing, to say the least. Flat beverages that the waitress stated was 'always like that'. No sauce brought out with our appetizer, despite asking for it when ordered and then asking two separate waitresses for it after. No cutlery brought to the table until we asked for it. No napkins brought to the table until asked for twice....and then they only brought four napkins-we were a party of five! The wings were good, but soooo not worth the bad service. First time I have eaten out and not left a tip!

Had a horrible experience went for a b-day party. Food came out cold and wrong. My son got his food after we all where done eating and had to ask server 3 or 4 times where his food was. Do not recommend this place.

Food came out wrong.. My son got his food after we were all done.. The servers all but one were rude and childish.. I paid my bill asked for the owner to call me he did with a very un professional voice mail it's going to head office poor customer service and poor management if your in grandfalls go to Jungle Jim's there fantastic there.

Horrible experience. Food was messed up. Servers (Kylie) was incredibly rude & ignorant. Definitely do not recommend this location. The Lewisporte, Gander, Clarenville locations have been amazing. The Grand-falls location really needs improvement and much better management.
reason for this review for me is the experience was horrible. we had a party of 15 and everything was made wrong, food was cold, servers were rude and no manager on the premises to help resolve any issues. one of the servers named Kylie swore at my daughter telling her to F*** yourself then walked away smirking saying and by the way my names Kylie. the other servers were no help in descalating the situation. the only nice member of staff was Daina(not sure of spelling). our original watriess jenifer was never to be seen after the first thing went wrong. she hid away. our 8 year old grandsons food was forgotten - he didnt get his till everyone at the table was already done. we asked several times about the food no one could give us a straight answer. I do not recommend this location!
