The first time I ordered a Canadian Bacon and egg on an English muffin. What I got was a Canadian bacon with cheese, no egg, on a homestyle biscuit.20 minutes later I ordered the same thing and got an English muffin, regular bacon almost cooked, an egg with 3 pieces of broken eggshell in it.

Lovely, clean and cozy Tims. I visited 9AM Sat, it was not too busy inside, though drive-through had constant incoming costumers. Staff was friendly, efficient and quick; I could tell they work well as a team. I had a breakfast combo it was yummy, served quickly. They have a great selection of sweets and goodies, fully stocked and neatly organized.
Restroom and lounge area were clean, even the fireplace was on, giving out cozy ambiance.
Customer service is not good, not everyone is friendly
