I have eaten here several times in the past and would have always given it five stars, my latest trip here in Sunday, June 1st, however was disappointing. Started with calamari which were overcooked and rubbery. This was a first as my daughter loves them and we always get an order. The fries seemed undercooked and had an odd taste (old oil?). My wife dislikes seafood and had one of their burger options which she also said was overcooked and dried out. Hopefully this was a one...
Fresh seafood at very reasonable prices. Quick and friendly service. CASH ONLY. They have an ATM machine inside. You could also call ahead to get a lobster prepared. Not many tables inside (outside area is not open at the time we visited) so there might be a bit of wait.
This is my fav place to eat on the whole island. Bring cash and order some chowder and calamari and thank me later! the coleslaw is also delicious. When we visit twillingate, we eat here at least once per day. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!
