I often use their mobile orders service and my order is always spot on. When I come in to pick up my mobile, even if no one is at the counter they will call out “thank you” or “have a nice day” as I’m picking up my order— it’s very nice that even though I’m not being directly served by them, they’re acknowledging that I am still there and I love that about this place. I like the management at this store, and I think that’s why the staff are so pleasant as well.

This is by far the best Tim’s in CBS. Staff are very friendly with customers and with each other, usually pretty fast, and there’s a nice ocean view from the store. The atmosphere here is outstanding- I don’t experience an atmosphere like this when I visit the other stores nearby. I enjoy coming here!

This is my husband‘s account, but I frequent this Tim Hortons every morning and often in the evening. This is by far the best Tim Hortons that I ever go to. It’s always a Welcoming environment and I rarely have to wait for an unnecessary amount of time. Even during the time that they’re extremely busy in the morning, they keep positive and are clearly working hard

Awesome staff! the manager Briana was so helpful when my app was messed up and not working properly and was so kind the whole time, gave me a free drink for the trouble, truly best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!! The place is always clean, the drinks are never messed up (unlike many of the Timmie’s in cbs lol) and the waiting in the drive thru is never unreasonable which is much appreciated!!! Go here if you want good service and products that taste the way they’re supposed to, best Tim’s in town!!! :)

This is the best Tim Hortons on the Avalon. We go there almost every day for our coffee fix. As soon as we go through drive through to order they know what we want and with sleeves. The staff are phenomenal, so friendly, fast and efficient. Our favorite place to go...keep up the excellent service

I take my daughter here a few times a week. Most staff are awesome and the food is great. Only reason for the 3 stars is this one fellow on the drive thru who is a little rude. “What do ya want” is not really a friendly greeting and unfortunately its every time ??♂️
