Waiting a long time to be served, the food was lacking, ( had the honey garlic rice bowl and barely any sauce), asked for condiment never got it, husband meal was lacking ingredients that was suppose to be on his burger. Over all, very disappointing service and food this time.

Ordered 3 different flavors of wings for 4 of us, among other things. No utincles, had to go get them ourselves. 1 order of wings were cold and this was wing night, one order came wrong twice, not only once bit twice, the other order he is not a complainer so he ate them. Had to go get a carry out container and the server never did come back first nor last to see how we were doing. Not impressed. Not gonna retire off of that tip.

We found the service to be a little bit slow and when our meals did arrive it wasn't as hot as it should have been. The ribs seemed to be over done and not as tender as they usually are.

Honestly this place has gone downhill. I avoided it for well over a year and recently decided to try again. 3 visits, 3 strikes. First time - no cutlery, server never checked on us, we had to go find one, half the food was cold and the dessert was still frozen( warm dessert)Second time...ordered ribs and the sauce was thrown on them in the center and that was it, server was slackThird time the taquitos were cold...they microwaved them to lava temperature along with whatever was on the plate so it was then rubber....probably be a few years before I go back again

the onion soup is okay, bit salty when its alone so make sure to pair it with the sandwich. the breakfast platter is plenty. in any case, this is the resto I go to for the onion soup in Labrador City.

Not a bad place to go and eat pretty limited menu but the food is quite edible. One bone to pick is that they make their caesars with frank's hot sauce????. To do such a thing is unforgivable it is like making a rum & coke using Pepsi...????. It is a very traditional Canadian Cocktail and the recipe is very specific shame on you Jungle Jims shame shame shame.

Not impressed at all today. Food was good yeah and hot. My wife and I ordered appitizers, andnour main course. Hers came out and she ate it, when our main course came thats when my appetizer came. The whole time our server never came to see if we would like anything. Then he had the nerve to tell me that my appitizer was given to someone else!!! Really??? Top notch service!!!

Had a great meal .....french onion soup was pretty good. The linguine carbonara was very tasty and the sour cream &onion wings were cooked great.I would have gave service more stars if I didn't have to wait ten minutes at the bar for a menu. Price was pretty hefty for soup, pasta and 8 chicken wings.
