Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

I just picked up a batters box after a long flight back to Lab west. Before I ordered I asked the nice young man what pieces were in the box. He asked the kitchen and told me 3 big and 3 small. Fair enough. I asked for no legs or at the most, only one legs as I really rather wings over legs. When I got back to Wabush, there’s 2 legs in the box. I called and they said to bring it back and they will fix it. I wasn’t prepared to do that after a long day flying.
Besides that the rest of the chicken, as is the case most times, was either over cooked or dry from sitting there too long.
I’ve never had to complain in St. John’s as their chicken is always fresh and juicy. If it was excellent, I’d call and say that too.
You need to do better. This happens way to often.

The chicken is pretty good. It's not PFK, but hey. It could be a little spicier. The Filipino staff is courteous and smiling (and speaks English of course). I go there about once a month!

Person at cash trying to do 4 things at once paying 0 attention, tried to be curtieous and wait for her to finish what she was doing to start making my order but was met with a complete lack of respect snd rude service. Didn't even bother just walked out. How do you expect to take my order when ur bent over looking in the other direction?

Food was funtastic , I must admit .. they overshadow the mcdo , kfc .. with icomes to chicken fried .. and the service of warmth filipina and other crew members are super special ..what can be improve is the restaurant image for honest openion it can be more exciting if this could develop ...but everthing was excellent.

Every time I order a 5 finger meal deal I'm always missing 1 finger, it's not cheap to order out these days alone your not getting what you order..I can understand it being a mistake if it happened once but it's every time...
