I was waiting in curb side pickup for about 20 minutes, when I received my fries and nuggets they were old, stale and cold.. ridiculous, when I worked there we had to always have fresh food made but seems like the immigrants get special treatment and they don't care what quality the food is in as long as they get the food out ASAP, do better, be better

Cold food after waiting 16 minutes in curbside and having to go in to pickup my order. Got to my car and not even the correct order

You’ll wait an eternity for the poorest quality food.👎 Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, waited 15 minutes parked, when it was given to me, it was burnt to a crisp with barely any cream cheese on it. Just gross.

Will never be visiting this location again last two times I went there I mentioned that I have a food allergy to onions, and they gave me nothing but onions they tossed onion rings in my meal today, last time I had to be rushed to the hospital , and I had to toss the meal today....
Dietary restrictions: Mention I have a deathly allergy to onions and they completely ignored it same thing as last time they had onions in a burger and they added onion rings this time last time everything had triple onion and I had to be rushed to the hospital.... At least this time I had my windows down and I was able to toss it out at the gas station will not be returning

We arrived at 10:30 and placed a mobile order for breakfast at the drive-thru. At 11:15 we arrived at the order speaker. We were told breakfast was finished and they purged half of our order. After some confused conversation about “all day breakfast” we re-ordered our breakfast sandwiches; no hash browns or cappuccino - these apparently triggered our order purge. We spent 5 minutes at the screen ordering and then waited an additional 15 minutes for our food. An hour. I’ve never had such confusion or a long wait at any McDonalds.

Slowest I ever seen
I went to get a coffee and I didn't want to eat anything at this place! just seeing how incapable they are of maintaining the place to keep it clean.
This is completely disgusting and even disrespectful to customers.
Look closely at the image, it’s not a single damage that did all this!
We see the edge of the window which was touched several times by the employees to open the window.
I'll let you imagine their hand and the interior cleanliness of the restaurant.
I point the finger at the owner who is not willing to take care of his business and his customers.

I was just at our local McDonald’s in Labrador city and to say I’m not impressed is an understatement. I placed my order at the speaker now I do have the app, but I didn’t wanna do a mobile order. They asked me for my code for collecting points, gave it to them. When I got to the window to pay for my order, they told me my order was already paid for. Taken back I asked how was my order paid for when I haven’t been to the window yet. You paid for it on the app they said . I said no I did not. I said I ordered it at the speaker and they charged my credit card that I have on the app for when I do a mobile order which I haven’t done in a long time because it’s quicker to go in order and wait 20 minutes to get your food . Who gave McDonald’s permission to use my credit card number to pay for an order that I was actually paying for at the window this is not right. I did not give anyone permission to use my credit card so to me that would constitute fraud.

Worst Big Mac I've ever had. Can't understand how to screw that one up but it was a horrible taste. Fries were old and soggy, I returned them to have a fresh batch made, they were undercooked still. The employees are very into themselves and don't pay attention to the customers. Too much joking around with eachother in another language which is fine, but do the job properly please.

can’t even get a simple order right. gives me a big mac no sauce no lettuce
Tried to get some breakfast. According to Google Dine-In opens at 5 am, according to the sign on the door they open at 5 am. Doors are locked and a staff person is telling me they open "later".

Don’t recommend if you’re in a rush. Slow service and definitely doesn’t help when you have to go through the drive thru more than once to get the right order
