As soon as we entered the restaurant door, it smelled of fish.
The booth that the server gave us wasn't even cleaned, and I hope this restaurant priority personal hygiene , make sure youre server is neat and smells good, not a body odour because you guys work in the restaurant,
and we waited for almost 20-30 mins just for the female server to take our order because she was busy talking to another table not acceptable at all .
People from front desk is nice , The food is worth it, but the service is not.

Just got off the ferry after driving straight from St. John’s and were very hungry so we stopped here. It was close to closing but from the host to the waitress we were treated with utmost service. The food was quick to come out and tasted great!

Everything here was good enough - pretty much pub fare, and the salad in particular was quite good. The food took a little longer than I expected, and my food came colder than I liked, but to the credit of the staff, they dealt with it quickly. It could be that the staff (in the back and in the front) just need a little more seasoning. Certainly worthwhile to visit.

Well.... I think they were overwhelmed with our large group. Cute place, decent food, but it took sooooooo long. Also, they were out of lettuce for salad bowls, but had lettuce on my burger. They were out of gummies for their signature 46oz bowl drinks. Food allergies could have been handled better. I've been to other Jungle Jim's and can say that this one just needs a bit more time or staff to be really great.
Someone in our group wanted steak instead of chicken on their bowl and the only way to do it was to get a steak on the side and hold the chicken.
Burgers were good. Lots of options for sides. I had mashed potatoes at lunch and onion rings at dinner as I didn't feel like fries.

Typical Jungle Jim fare; many variations of chicken and beef pub dishes, quesadillas, tacos, including cod tacos and salads, with mostly chicken in them. There are different salads. Unfortunately no local seafood. A bit greasy but one of the only restaurants in the region with a relatively wide array of choices.

Bryann was my server. She put together a healthy plate of the food I wanted for a reasonable price, without hesitation. That is A+ service! Then, the kitchen sent out great scallops and great brocoli ... flavorful and not overcooked. It was a very good experience.

Friendly service, delicious food, and very accommodating. Wonderdul atmosphere. Most of us had wings which were big and full of flavour. The kids had monkey finger platter and fries, which they loved. I had the club wrap which I really enjoyed. My only suggestion would be to bring out the kids drinks first before the beer so that they are satisfied and stop whining. Haha.
