I ordered a big mac minecraft meal and they told me to pull out front because the fries were not ready when they come out after 10 minutes after I orderd they told me they could not make my big mac because the grill was in cleaning mode and when I received my meal the fries were stale and cold nothing was fresh what so ever just so they could leave early

Just about every time something is messed up or missing. It’s brutal. Yesterday I had a grilled chicken burger, when I got it, shocker(not really for this location) there was NO chicken! We also had 6 nuggets, when we opened them only 4. We also asked for bbq sauce, but received sweet and sour. All you can do is laugh because they don’t care and continuously mess up orders like this. A couple months ago we had fries that were only half cooked. Not to mention the hat trick (Tripple cheese burgers) with only 2 patties not 3, onions and pickles more in burgers times than not, when you constantly ask for none. Usually when you ask for grilled chicken they give you crispy, but bys, getting absolutely none was just crazy! The place has gone so far down hill in 5 years. As someone who worked there years ago when the place was in its prime and had a great reputation, it’s so sad to go there now (well not again after this last experience) and see the lack of procedures/customer service/quality. All around poor satisfaction/poor service. Just terrible. What a sin!

Around 3:20 PM Inside there are multiple flies flying inside the shelves, landing on the muffins. Inside the restaurant all around the seating and the soft drinks, Dozens of flies on the chairs, tables, walls, service counters. A near infestation. Not fit! I let the worker know and left.

It's McDonalds so expectations are not sky high, but being swarmed with flies while my family try to eat isn't spectacular, floor is a mess and there's 4 workers on break, bys come on.
When I got in the drive-through, the speaker is low and you can barely hear whoever’s taking your order and the line up is crazy

Parking: Exit from the parking lot is a bit tricky, as it flows into traffic on the main road. Turning left can be difficult and care has to be exercised.
