I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway on Saturday evening. The worker named Medicine was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service. She took our order, started making it, and then suddenly asked another team member to take over midway. She then proceeded to make another order and left ours unfinished. This behavior felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, and it gave us the impression of hidden discrimination. It was quite upsetting and not what I would expect from a brand like Subway.

I orderd my sub I asked for lots of onions the guy then refused to put more on after he put so much on and after he took the change I had he went and made my sub without changing his gloves handling money and then food without a hygiene intervention, like handwashing or changing gloves, is a health hazard because it can cause cross-contamination and spread foodborne illness

I got a chicken teriyaki salad, right? It was supposed to have teriyaki and ranch, but they gave me BBQ and ranch instead. Seriously, who in the hell puts BBQ on a salad?! So bad.

The very young girl behind the counter charged me double for a sandwich.
I tried to explain to her no way this costs over the advertised price , but she insisted it did .
I reluctantly paid, ate some of my sandwich.
I was still in disbelief, I went back to the counter, and explained what happened to another employee .
They said she charged me double allright, and the girl NEVER offered an apology, or anything .
I will NEVER go there again if that ignorant girl still is working there , I will turn around , walkout, go elsewhere.

It was an absolute pleasure to go here a get our a perfectly made subs. I haven't had a subway sub that good since I worked at a location in Ontario and made them myself 10 years ago!!. The staff were definitely on their game, very fast , exceptionally friendly service, very clean/organized dinning room , and the bathroom was spotless. I honestly can't say enough about how great this place was. Great job team, you all deserve a raise IMO because this kind of service is extremely hard to find these days! Keep it up!
