Not that bad of a place, Food can be better, Service is overall not that bad, Atmosphere I didn't know what to rate so I put a 3 because it felt right. The Service can be better because some people take too long making drinks or food and that's why food can be better because me and my family waited 30 minutes for only all kinds of pizzas which is 4 kinds and it's only small pizzas. Overall I give this 4 stars because it's a good coffee place to go to in the morning.

I find the staff very pleasant, even when it is very busy which is 95% of the time. Which means that you're often in line whether the drive-thru or inside. However the staff will engage with you which makes it more pleasurable

I went to Tim’s and I went inside it was so cold,someone asked the manager Lisa if she could turn it the ac and she was rude and mean.I got a bagel and it was burned and I when back and I told them to make me another one and when he gave me it it was burned again.
Parking: The lineup to the road and it takes about five minutes just to park

I ordered a Tiramisu cold brew and when the guy passed it to me after it was made it was made incorrect it's not a Tiramisu it's just a normal cold brew there was no Espresso Foam on top no topping like it's supposed to have I told the worker and he asked me how to make it?! Staff definitely needs more training by the looks of things lines where moving vary slow need a better team effort and move at a faster pace

Don't know what your food is like. Last two times I went inside to order they were too busy with the drive through to serve inside customers. First time I walked I had my order paid for and then they forgot about me so I had to get money and was very upset about them leaving me standing there like an idiot and I let them know it.
Parking: Most people park in the mall parking lot

I was visiting my family in Newfoundland and was at your store on Main St. Was in your store for almost an hour she treats the other staff like she is better then them..she is also rude to your customers. No customer or the staff should have to work with a manager like that. Me and my family will not be returning to your restaurant.L. Milito
