Come well dressed!! It's extremely cold in the restaurant, I had to put my down jacket back on to finish the meal... the pizza was cold after 10 minutes, to say the least, how cold it is.

While the service was fast, the portion sizes were incredibly disappointing for the price. I felt like I received a kid’s meal at the cost of an adult’s meal. For what I paid, I expected much more. I left still hungry and had to stop by another restaurant just to feel satisfied. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be returning unless they significantly improve the portion sizes.

My family goes to this place atleast once a week. We noticed a new person working ( which is fine) She accidentally rang us in for the wrong pizza.. which again was fine. She's new. However, the supervisor that was working today.. crazy.. She nicely told me I have to wait another 30 minutes for my pizza. Not only that... but gave the new employee a hard time because " she messed up" When I asked if the manager could call me the supervisor said " we aren't allowed to tell you this information " and was extremely rude and disrespectful Absolutely crazy.. If the manager could please reach out to me regarding this. That would be great.

It's a great place for lunch or dinner, all the dishes are big and tasty. The service is quick. The apple skillet is just perfect.
Make sure they give you your Donair sauce... Ordered it, I'm sure I payed for it... Not in box

Just had supper here and my server was Liam, he is an asset to your business as he was a wonderful server who seemed to interact with customers ( other tables I observed and myself) very naturally and he was very friendly. He placed my order right away and I waited a very short time for my hot and fresh food which was delicious, checked on me a few times during the meal, a good experience all around.

My daughter and I took her friend who was visiting from Edmonton for supper tonight on a whim . Now these kids are 13- so hard to impress. Teens today don’t tend to engage much other than with their phones. But tonight we had the best time. Our waiter (Liam G), went above and beyond and made this trip so memorable for us all.
The food was fresh and hot, the way I remembered from years ago. Liam’s personality and charm was so infectious that, even if the food was crap, we would have loved it anyway. It’s comforting to see that there are still others out there that really care. I know Liam left a great impression on these kids. Can’t wait to go back! Oh yeah, pizza is good too!

Pizza was undercooked. Sent it back to cook more. Came back still undercooked. Waitstaff were not at all attentive. 4 of us sat down and there were only 2 placemats and no cutlery. Food came and no napkins either. Never checked on and had to flag someone down for a drink refill
