We had a visit here for brunch. It wasn't very busy at all, so we were seated right away. The menu was a little different than what was pictured online (smaller at the restaurant), but otherwise we had no issues at all. Very fast and friendly service. Food was yummy, but needed salt.

The food is very, very deep fried. All seafood was wrapped with a thick layer of batter. It's a fine place if you are really hungry or looking for beer or snacks. I don't recommend shrimp because inside the batter is just a tiny piece of something. There is no espresso mashie. Just regular coffee from the pot.

Restaurant not very accommodating for dietary needs. Charged 450 for a Cesar salad upgrade side which contained maybe one leaf of lettuce which looked like they scraped of someone elses plate. The ribs looked like they took leftovers from the freezer and warmed them in the microwave.Also found out the restaurant don't open for breakfast until 800. Not much use for someone on a business trip and starts work at 800. Rooms were clean and decent.

PJ Billinton's is great but thier prices are a tad high. Overall it has great sevice and they are usualy fast. They give you enough time to order and get your food. Since they are located where they are you can get free internet from the Marystown Hotel. Which is nice for when you are waiting.I love pretty much everything here and I have no favorites here.
