I came for break from work, just wanted a proper meal and to get back on time. I went to the drive-thru around 7:15 PM and still had to wait almost 15 minutes, which already messed up my break. But after all that waiting, the burger I got was honestly the worst. The bun looked dry and old, the veggies were thrown in like someone didn’t even bother—two thin cucumber slices, one tomato slice, and barely any lettuce. And on top of that, there was not even any sauce inside. Literally a dry burger with zero effort. For a place that says “your burger, your way,” this was nowhere close. We hardly have any veggie burger options in this town, and even then I chose Harvey’s hoping for at least a decent meal. Instead, I got something that completely ruined my lunch break. Paying full price and getting a dry, badly made burger after waiting so long is just unacceptable.

I went to Harvey’s this evening and honestly had such a great experience! The food was super fresh, tasty, and made exactly how I wanted it. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better.
The place was very clean and well taken care of—you can tell they really pay attention to hygiene and keeping everything neat. It felt comfortable eating there and I really enjoyed my meal.

Cole Gillingham is the best fast food working I have ever encountered in my life. I may only be 15 years old, but I know a damn good worker when I see one. And I have never met someone who was so kind and happy to be serving us at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. I look forward to paying him a visit every week. Thank you Cole for your amazing work!
