The waite was way to long waited 20 minutes inside for tgeam to tell me it be 25 more minutes before chicken gets cooked the staff was not organized at all and mostly door dash and mobile orders were served first

Placed an order for pick up. 3 hours later it is not ready. Tried calling. Disconnects after 2 calls and goes to a voicemail that isn't set up. This KFC needs its license pulled IMMEDIATELY.

Very disappointed with the service. My order was missing several items, and when I went back for a replacement, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. I asked for the full order to be replaced since what I did receive was cold, but the manager refused and said they would only replace what was missing. He even implied that I might have removed the items myself, which was incredibly unprofessional. Eventually he took my order back and slammed it into the garbage bin behind him. Overall, a frustrating experience and very poor customer service.

I placed an order online for 26 Commonwealth in Mt Pearl. My credit card was charged, but was told my order was not received. I showed the manager my order and my credit card with the matching amount and they said there was nothing they could do. I was told to email the screenshots and someone would deal with it next week because it was the weekend. I asked if they could give me the order and they deal with head office since it was obviously a glitch on their system and they said no. It was $20 worth of chicken and they just said nothing I could do but wait and see. Terrible. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS ONLINE WITH KFC!!!!

I placed an order through DoorDash and the app said my order would be ready for 5:45. When I arrived they told me there was no order for me even after I showed them my order number on the app and that it was already paid. They told me to wait a little longer, after being in the store an extra 30 minutes they finally handed me my order. Very slow service and poor communication.

Good service in this place
I placed a BOGO Big Crunch Meal order from this KFC location on June 15th around 9 PM. When I got home, I found only one meal in the bag, even though I paid for two. I couldn’t call that night, but I called the next day around 6 PM, which is still within the 24-hour window their own policy allows.
Instead of helping, the staff member first claimed I was too late. When I told him I was within the policy, he suddenly said they packed two boxes (which is impossible to remember without checking). He then tried to brush me off with a 10% coupon and a free sandwich — that’s not a fair fix.
This kind of service is unprofessional and disappointing. I’ve contacted KFC head office and I hope they make this right. Until then, I can’t recommend this location based on how they treat their customers when something goes wrong.
