Worst KFC I ever had. Chicken was soaked in old grease and fries (the handful that was there) were half cold and half warm. Chicken was very fatty and dark (old blood) on the inside that I couldn't even eat because it looked so nasty. Returned 2 pieces to get 2 additional that were no better. I'll never eat here again and I definitely do not recommend. My stomach is churning already. Total waste of $20. Half of it went in the trash.

You can forget this new policy of taking peoples money and having them just park to the side for 20 mins. I know what you are thinking...expand the waiting room. But now with the time required and the prices. I might as well look at better options since you are no longer fast-food.

Why do you never give out the bonus items.
Cookies. Turtles etc. Are never included during seasonal promotions. They are never in the bag.
As for the rest. Portion sizes are laughable. Barely any fries with your meal. And half the time items are missing. Not a good look still. Nothings changed in years.

Ordered a 12 piece all-dark meat bucket on the website. Got home and it's a 10 piece standard bucket. Tried to call customer service and it rung for 15 seconds then hung up on me, twice.

Corn was very green and had to be thrown out because it had obviously gone bad. It might have been the most disgusting thing I have ever received in a food order. Ordered delievery for 5pm, didn't show up until 20 after. When I called at 5:15 they told me there was no order under my name. Food was not hot. Macaroni was mushy and must of been sitting for a while because even the container was soft. Will never eat at this, or any, KFC again.

Poor quality standard of chicken! I am paying the exact amount! But you’re giving TINY chicken!i make an order twice, but both i received chicken such a small piece! Then i ask the indian guy he said thats our chicken sizes ?? poor standards! You better get rid of that standards!

I must say this place is the BEST restaurant in mount pearl surrounding area for the hottest freshest food, the chicken pieces were huge I ORDERED a four piece and got full off two of the piece ! WOW AMAZING! Also theres a young ald i think his name is Alex, he is such a good persona dm the customer seevice is out of this world, we have chats everytike i come in and he always makes sure i enjoy what i ordered! THANK YOU KFC MOUNT PEARL
