We had the fish platter which was excellent; the cod was delicious, fresh and the batter was very light on all the items.
Unfortunately their crab cake was nowhere near as good and we'd question if there was any crab in it. If they'd have called it a potato cake I'd have been fine.
The restaurant is a bit basic but it works absolutely fine. There were a number of groups of ladies out enjoying themselves and the acoustics made it difficult for other people to have a conversation.
Possibly slightly expensive for what we had but putting aside the crabcake, it was fair value.

This place is a real gem! Great service, and the food is awesome! So Reasonably priced and DELICIOUS!!! Also, they can do almost anything on the menu(yes like fish n chips, chickens strips, onion rings SO GOOD, fried shrimp etc) gluten free, dairy free, egg free and nut free! This place is fantastic and so accommodating for all kinds of diets! Thank you Landings:)
Visiting from out of province. Came for dinner based on recommendation from a friend. Fisherman’s platter did not disappoint. Cod was fresh, flaky and utterly delicious. Hemmed and hawed about trying the cod tongues and glad we did. Would highly recommend coming here and watching the sunset and the ferry going to and from Bell Island.

Absolutely amazing service very polite and on top of everything went in with my family 5 off us in total I ordered the scallops and fries they were huge and perfectly cooked and the rest of my family had 3 piece fish and fries with gravy the fish was cooked to perfection and flaky not mushy all around an amazing place to have a bite to eat

Loved our lunch at Landings Eatery! Our server Megan was hustling in the dining room while giving out great service. Scallops, chips, and cold beer made my day - will be back again. Next time we'll sit on the patio.
