I filled out the form to rent the loft 3 weeks ago. I have called, emailed, messaged on Instagram and Facebook, and had a friend fill out the form as well to see if they would get back to her. No one has responded to either of us. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

me and my fiancée went there yesterday to enjoy some food which was delicious. I went up the bar to ask for two waters. maybe 15 minutes later two employees were making fun of me and my fiancée just because we asked for water with our food. They were also laughing at other customers saying rude things about them as soon as they left the bar… I come here once in a while and this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. It’s really sad when you just wanna enjoy your day off somewhere and this is your experience😕

First time visiting! Had a delicious Johnny Bacon Cheeseburger at the Johnny and Mae’s food truck, with a One Wave blonde ale! Awesome time!
I have hosted a few events in "The Loft" of Landwash. Nicole is always so responsive and easy to get along with! All of the staff are fantastic. Sterling was so kind and went above and beyond for us!! Highly recommend. Not only a great brewery but a fantastic spot to host events. :)
