Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters

Ordered two big Mary’s with extra sauce and extra pickles, and neither was completed. Asked for two forks and some vinegars, none of this was in the bag. No receipt in the bag either, to confirm the cost breakdown or to be able to do the survey. How convenient.

Today’s visit was awful! Food was cold and old, it was stale. We used to come often and we used to get great service at the Pasadena NL location. That is previous to today at least. Food quality is poor. Very sad to see the quality decline.
We will not be back.

the spicy chicken is not spicy at all， there is barely chili powder on it and when I wondering is that spicy chicken （ cuz I never had spicy chicken like that at Mary brown）a lady told me yes that is their spicy chicken like and her attitude is not nice without any patient， the chicken turns out not spicy at all， very plat. I never had this happened at other mary brown. And the same lady also trying to tell me I cant order spicy flavor on Fried chicken day， which I can always order from other store， but the guy help me order is very friendly and helpful， he said yes.

I picked up Mary Browns yesterday at 4:pm ! 2 3 piece boxes with taters! I ordered white meat for one box! We received little pieces looked like backs of chicken legs and wings! Something is going wrong here! The chicken was cut in a terrible process! Never got white meat which I was willing to pay extra for! Bad service!

I placed order through the app, and paid$3.5 extra for all dark meat, but I still get chicken breast. Really upset!
