Not sure what's happening with the Commonwealth Avenue location, but for the last year, the chicken pieces have become extremely small, and the taters are mealy and kind of tasteless. We tried this location today because we were in the area, and purposely hadn't visited it for several months because the quality of the food was way down compared to other locations. Two Big Mary's and a small taters later and we realized it had not gotten better. One piece of chicken had a hunk of batter on it that filled the bun, but the actual meat was very thin, not juicy, and about a third the size of a normal chicken breast. Won't be visiting this location again. Terrible.

My kids enjoyed their fried chicken, but unfortunately, without any gluten-free options on the menu, I had to settle for a pop and then something from the closest grocery store. Ah well.

We don't often leave reviews, but had such a wonderful experience this evening at Mary Brown's that we simply had to comment.

There was a small mishap on our order last week (we are at this establishment weekly). And this time around we'd asked simply if the young man could ensure there was a center breast. He was very friendly and informed us there was a heart shaped one with our order, having made sure himself. Unfortunately we did not catch his name, but wanted to make a shout out to him and the wonderful service all the same! Excellent and friendly service with the tastiest of chicken and taters. We ordered the Batter's Box! ☺️

Got my order wrong and had to drive back and they still didn’t get it right…anyway got back home in rush hour to cold Mary Browns. For the money we spent we should at least be able to enjoy your meal and we didn’t. I feel if you have to drive all the way back because of MB error and all the way home again to a cold meal your original order should be credited…
