Let’s start with how dirty the place was ,maybe hire a cleaner. And when we got our food no utensils To eat it with , never asked if we wanted anything to drink , I had to ask for utensils and still had to wait another couple of minute's . The food seemed old like it been siting on the counter somewhere for a while . Oh did i mention how dirty the kitchen was . I will never eat at this place again . I am surprised because i have eat there in the past and i did not resemble this experience. I believe it’s under new ownership . If the heath inspector seen this no doubt that place would be shut down .i have worked in kitchens . And this takes the Cake .

The Las Vegas roll presented an outstanding culinary experience, surpassing anticipations with its harmonious blend of fresh ingredients and sauces. Additionally, the chicken katsu, featuring a tender interior and a crisp exterior, was equally commendable. The restaurant's ambiance, characterized by its serene atmosphere and appealing Japanese décor, further enhanced the dining experience, complemented by the attentive service provided by the staff.

I had an amazing experience at this sushi restaurant—the best meals I’ve had in Newfoundland. The food was absolutely delicious. The sashimi was fresh and generous—though I ordered 7 pieces, they surprised me with 8, which was a thoughtful touch. The rice bowl was flavorful and clearly made with care—definitely above average compared to other spots I’ve tried.
The service was equally impressive. Our server, who I believe is also the owner, was incredibly polite and attentive without being overbearing. He made us feel genuinely welcome. On top of that, we were given 15% off the bill without even asking, which shows a real appreciation for customers.
Prices were very reasonable for the quality, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re in St. John’s and craving authentic, well-prepared sushi with top-notch service.
