placed an order online and this store never answered the phone over multiple times i have called to cancel the order cause it was ordered to the wrong place but they fail to answer every time

The food/service were fine but the cleanliness was so bad. We were going to “eat in” but every single table and surface was sticky and full of crumbs (Commonwealth location). You need to do better or you will lose customers.

Just visited today. Staff were so humble and friendly. A beautiful woman gives me an exceptional service loved to visit again. Ordered veg sub so tasty.

Clean store , food ok , staff was ok I guess . I dont understand why these places except a tip when you buy something. They get paid a wage to do a job . I do give tips ,it's not the tip it's the exceptions of one .

Hate waiting 20 mins to get served because mobile orders take priority to customers that actually come inside the establishment and one employee. More employees at ALL times of the day to be able to take server two sides of the industry Subway has offered.

Stood in line for 10 minutes just for the employee to to say that he won’t be making any more orders as it was 10 minutes until close when I got to the counter. Was too preoccupied with a DoorDash order to acknowledge any other customers.

Kid-friendliness: Sometimes gives my daughter a free cookie when she's with me one if the reason I keep going back small act of kindness to my child
