If you want the gluten free option don't stop here. They never have it, or the staff don't know they have it. Other location in Mount pearl or Paradise will have it.

Not sure what’s happen lately but the quality of food have gotten really really bad. Last couple of times it’s been very sloppy and tonight the bread was so hard you could hardly bite down into the sub. Super overcooked to the point it wasn’t really edible. We also bought a cookie and again really hard and the m&ms were burned. This is our favourite subway in all the city. Hoping it doesn’t continue. Service was amazing the people working there were very kind but the subs were not good at all.

Some of the employees can't tell the difference between sliced ham and sliced turkey, and will argue with you when you try to let them know which is which. Won't be going back.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options like:

1. BLT (with no bacon).
2. Egg, breakfast (egg breakfast sandwich you can also get with bacon and/oar sandwich)

Walked in there not long ago four people in stood in line for 15 minutes while they were doing other orders then got through the counter to find out they had no meatballs. What a joke!!

Went there just then and the person serving me did not know what items went on a chicken pizioli sub I had to let her know that pizza sauce needed to be added she she added pepperoni to the sub as you would for that sub. But I look at my recept and I was charged a additional $4 in each sub for a item that comes on that sub. My order total for 2 footlongs was $44.35 am I supposed to get charged for pepperoni on a chicken pizioli sub?

Nice little spot very clean and food was fresh and tasty but the service although friendly was very slow I was waiting about 40 min for my order. It's very expensive lately I bought a chicken wrap for me no meal and a footlong steak and cheese meal for both my kids it cost $53 ! For sandwiches that's very expensive but seems that's the case everywhere post covid.

Went there last night for dinner and been trying to call ever since. Two of the subs had NO MEAT that was ordered but not added. You would think subway would staff their store during busy hours. The line was out the door and they staffed one person in the pick up and 1 for online orders. The customers were waiting over 30 minutes. Thankfully I had ordered online and was able to pick up once it was ready but to have had the correct order would have been STELLAR!
