Very poor service and delivery experience . My appointment was scheduled at 10 Am in the morning checked in at 8:30 Am they saw paperwork , wrote something on paper and told me its a bit early go back in your truck we gonna come and let you know once door is available. Was waiting till 1:30 PM no one showed up and when i went back in , shift was changed and another guy told me, you were not here at 10 so we are not sure now if we can take delivery or not for today . Seriously is it a joke going on . The worst company across i have ever seen . That’s now how you do business

Don't even deserve 1 star but no option for none. We deliver all over Canada and the United States... and this place is by far the most rudest ignorant crowd to deliver for.. whether there are boat complications or breakdowns which happens and sucks for the drivers as is, but then refused to take there product which is only 3 skids until the next day when they have almost half there doors open is ridiculous. So had to sit in St.john over night with 3 skids on and burned half a tank of reefer fuel. Told to come back next day at 10... arrived 930, even with 3 doors open told my apt was 10.. no doors available come back at 10... ignorantly... so please note if food is delivered to your store, or business and is not in good order..its probably because of sysco its self not outside drivers. Not a good way to run a business, and especially sad to to feel like this from newfoundlanders, where we are know for our friendliness. And yes might drive and deliver everywhere but I'm still from newfoundland. Sad

I manage a restaraunt that switched to Sysco and our waste has increased at least 40% since the switch. 25 pounds of onions arrive, and 9 onions are usable. Lettuce arrives and is more like a smoothie then lettuce. 200lbs of product stored on a wet box of bags of sauce that results in the bags breaking as the boxes are only made to hold 50lbs. A box of chips comes in and over half the box goes in the garbage cause it comes in destroyed. Frozen stuff comes in unthawed. Last time the boxes were soaked in salt/sugar and some water mixture and the drivers don't care. If your looking to use sysco, run the hell away.

It’s a request to staff , pls don’t do delivery and pickup according to appointment, it should be like first come first serve, I have to do 36 hours wait here for only two there skids
