The Bigs Ultimate Sports Grill

I went there last week with my partner and son. The service was absolutely terrible but oh well - not the end of the world. We all have bad days. What really bothered me was when my partner was half way through his quesadilla, he found a hair on the plate. By the time our server got back to check on us, I was finished and our son was ready to leave. I pointed it out to the waitress and she said she would “let the kitchen know”. No sorry, no remorse. Not a care in the world. She took the plate and was gone for what seemed like an eternity only to come back with the bill and not a single discount or anything. I looked at it and said so I’m paying for a meal that had a hair in it. She said “yeah I guess” with a smirk and then said “I can go see if I can find the manager” - I said don’t bother because I had already waited so long for her to come back, I was ready to leave. Just such a terrible experience!

I did take out. I sit at the bar while waiting. The staff are always very attentive.

The hostess was amazing and the atmosphere was decent but the hamburger had a slight fish smell and taste.

Had lunch here. Had a Richard's Red on tap,bowl of chilli and wife had bottled water and a clubhouse sandwich with fries. Around $50 tip in.

The service was OK. We had to ask the waitress to serve us as she kept just walking past us. It wasn't extremely busy but it seemed there weren't enough staff. The wings were good and the nachos and spinach dip were great.

Ambience and cleanliness was top notch. However, there was not an option to watch football(Uefa champions league) nor an alternative offered. Pepperoni Flatbread was good, however, the wings just okay. The sauce on the wings was overpowering and didn’t include any boneless at all. Our server was attentive. For a sports bar, hoping that in the future it will have a subscription to a football Chanel.

We used to have fresh chicken wings . But, We had not fresh , it looked like it cooked while ago and they blended with dressing. It was not good.

Awesome food.

Our server was awesome. Food was good. It was a little dark but still an enjoyable experience overall. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived but it started to fill up before we finished our meal. Check it out.

Lots of fun! Fantastic service by Courtney with a great selection for lunch. Highly recommend Bigs!!!

The hostess politely greeted and sat us, service was quick and efficient and quality of food was superb. Wife and I had two lbs of wings each and they were prepared perfectly. Will be returning in the future.

It was a late Sunday night supper and the place was pretty empty. Excellent, fast service and the food was great!! Service was excellent and the beer nice and cold. 😉
The atmosphere was comfortable with nice music and moderate temperature.
