Slow line ups people ordering pizzas and that takes time in line up for drive though to get your coffee and donut 15 and 20 mins waiting when in hurry all food orders like that should be inside ordering

service has always been great. But for the past week, the points scanner in the drive thru has not been working. I have told the staff at window and contacted Customer service a few tims and still not fixed. can not redeem offers. really need to get it fixed. I am a regular at this location.
And it would be easier for your staff if the program wasn't so convoluted. It's the most complicated program to collect...
