One star. Not because of the staff, perfectly fine. Not because of the food, perfectly fine. It’s due to the half assed implementation of ‘tech’. If I have spent ten minutes putting an order in on your magic telly it had better work. Getting to the end and having only a gift card as payment option is not acceptable. Corporations looking to increase profitability by implementing auto kiosks need to learn how to test properly. Some one dropped the ball Tims. I’m looking at you too Westjet.

Do not use the kiosks to place a take out order, they will NOT start preparing it until you complain. They then say they called out your name but only then begin making your order.
Employees shouldn't try to gaslight customers.

Attempted to order a small watermelon quencher and some Tim bits only to be told they don’t have time bits, or any donut other then a Boston cream. Muffins were even worse with the only option being blueberry.
Ended up leaving and going to another location that actually has products.
