It's a complete waste of bringing a reusable mug when they just fill up a disposable cup, pour it into the mug, then throw the cup out. What's the point? Extremely disappointed in that method as someone who tries to limit that stuff. You get a ten cent discount for bringing a reusable mug, but then they still use the cup to pour and gauge what to pour into the mug. Make that make sense.
A fairly tidy interior with a good variety of baked goods and beverage options. The outside of the restaurant shares a parking lot with a gas station, and is also downhill from Kent Building Supplies. This makes for an extremely dirty lot due to garbage being thrown on the ground and high winds blowing debris around.
As mentioned above, the interior is clean which is nice and the staff are also very friendly. Waiting in line is typically quickest as opposed to going through the drive thru. Normally, there are delays and very limited space in the lot itself, which causes traffic buildups - especially on the weekends.
