Staff and food was great. But if you are looking for a clean space to dine in, look elsewhere. Tables were all filthy, floors in lobby were filthy with food, wasted drinks causing floors to be sticky, condiment area filthy, when you look in the kitchen, floors were filthy. Time of dining was 630pm so the supper rush was over and was there 30 minutes and someone finally came out to change the overflowing garbage. This is not a one off, as we usually come here every other week and it's always the same.

We stopped in for a treat Sunday September 28th just after the noon hour. The outside entrance area was littered with empty food bags, wrappers and other debris. Inside, the seating area floor had fries under a few of the tables and the refuse containers needed to be emptied. The staff we met were very friendly, polite and efficient. Perhaps they had a heavy rush over the noon time and weren’t able to attend to the untidy areas in a timely fashion. I hope that was an isolated incident and will be addressed by management.

Two weeks ago I completed a survey with this feedback and also reached out to Corporate, but I’ve yet to receive a response or follow-up.

This Wendy’s is by far the worst I’ve been to. When I visited around two weeks ago, the cashier was wearing AirPods, didn’t ask for sides, ignored me when I asked for cutlery, and was more interested in joking with staff than serving customers. He also handled cash, food trays, and restocking without washing his hands—serious food safety concerns.

The restaurant itself was filthy: sticky floors, garbage on the ground, dirty tables, soda splatter on the drink machine, and a messy, poorly stocked condiment station with no napkins anywhere. Staff had to go to the back just to get some.

To top it off, I witnessed the cashier berating another employee in front of everyone. Completely unprofessional.

This location does not represent Wendy’s values, and I will not be returning.

Walked in and saw a large line of people, ordered and the cashier automatically used a coupon for my baconator! And I only waited like 2 minutes. Overall it was a great experience

Regular Wendy fare, but the drive thru always takes a long time before anyone acknowledges you, everytime. First world problem, I know, but having worked at a Wendy's years ago, just greet me and tell me you need a minute.

Everything was great except for the teenagers loitering in the lobby.

Parking: My only complaint was the distance for accessible parking. Ok for a wheelchair person but not for a person with a cane, and the doors were not accessible.
