Was recommended from a lady in Rocky Harbour. We were not disappointed! Amazing food, great service. Ordered the cauliflower potato soup, the best I've had on the island! Would recommend Rudy's to everyone! Oh and great prices!

Justin is a one-man show, a trained chef offering the best food we had over 10 days traveling across NF. The joint is as unassuming and unpretentious as it gets. There are fancier dining rooms in Pt. Norris/Rocky Harbour but none with a better host or chef. Never mind it's attached to a gas station. Get the mussels.

We were in Newfoundland for 2 weeks and our meal here was the best we had! Justin was super nice and very welcoming. The mussels with pesto cream sauce are one of the best things I've ever had. So thankful his place was suggested by a local!

Best food on our trip to Newfoundland! Justin provided our group of eight with a delicious meal of fresh halibut, fries, avocado peach salad and pesto cream mussels- amazing! There are games at the tables, yummy beers and Justin does it all! Highly recommended!
Loved this place! Justin, your host-bartender-chef-server extraordinaire created a super ambiance and offers a very diversified and appealing menu! My avocado - peach salad ? ? ? was hmmm-hmmm goooood ??. Go there!!

Go here! That is if you want great food in a non-pretentious place. Justin knows how to cook. We had the best fish and chips we’ve had on the island and got to chat with Justin. He’s the sole employee and we were lucky enough for it to be empty so we got to chat and hear how he came to this place. We might have to go back for the mussels.

Only went once while visiting area, Please don't let the exterior fool you. The owner is Super Nice, he does Everything, Host, Waiter and Cook. There was 9 of us and our food somehow came Insanely fast and Very Delicious, and made from scratch. Everything was so Hot and Fresh.I tend to be Critical about food, but was highly impressed.Enjoy....
