First time I went the poutine was amazing and the server was very polite. Second time my whole table got poutines and every one was cold, had very little gravy, and seemed like it had sat for a while but the taste was still good. A bit overpriced for what the food is but I guess that's cause it's on the water. The waitress with lip filler and dark hair was quite rude (didn't get her name) but the other waitresses were polite and had good customer service.
We stopped by here as they were having a local musician play here and it was a short walk from our place. This was one of the few places in the area open in the evening as well.
The service from the staff was great. Nikita greeted us from behind the bar and we ended up sitting at an inside table as all outside were taken before people left then we moved outside. I ordered from her at the bar as the 2 servers were being run off their feet serving all the tables....

So glad we took the opportunity to stop in at Norris point. Unfortunately our boat tour at gross morne was canceled so we should have taken this opportunity but we decided to just enjoy the sights and have a nice lunch. Reasonable service and good food. What a great place to eat outside.
