The manager Brian was fantastic, I always order a veggie burger and he made sure I had a fresh pattie. Was super friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, restaurant was very clean and food was delicious.

The score should be 2.5. Paid $15.85 for a Papa burger and an order of onion rings. The burger was what I expected; the onion rings were a wet, very greasy mess. The onions were half cooked at best and the coating was soggy and covered about half of the onions. I got these through the drive through and didn’t know how bad they were until I got home. If I had dined in the store I would have sent them back in a second. I won’t order onion rings again at the Paradise location. And it will be awhile before I go back there at all.

Food is always well prepared and the ingredients are fresh - crisp lettuce and fresh tomatoes on a burger is a must. Staff are friendly too.

Food is frequently better here than at the Torbay Road location. Better Hashbrowns than McDonald's

The food is frankly hit or miss…. Mostly miss. A sausage and egger burnt so black its inedible…. Missing portions of an order….. burgers so burnt they to are inedible…. Drive thru Donovan’s and go to Mt Pearl’s location. The excuses given out are always about new staff…. Well the new staff must be trained by the seasoned staff - so it all falls back on the seasoned staff! Do better. However for anyone reading this - Mt Pearl’s location or CBS’s Location are a shirt drive away.

This is the breakfast sandwich that was served this morning! Not I know why this was the he only place with no line up.. why would they serve this? Half an egg half strip bacon and so much grease it was wet and bag was full..
