Food is mostly good but their fountain drinks are terrible. For a place famous for root beer they certainly do not care how their drinks taste... flat with a chlorine hint to it. Gross.

Racist A&W ……..we were out for a beautiful night and greatest experience of this sweet cold night but when we entered the a&w ‘s burger combo and side burger then we were asked take a table. After a while a girl came to serve us with the burgers on a plate. When she arrived near the table, she threw the burgers plate from half a meter away her arms were and she was looking behind. She was so arrogant and dismannerfull girl and her expression she was giving resist kind of reactions while being around our table many times . I am requesting to mayor of paradise that he must take a strict action regarding this a&w’s management team should be aware of rasism taking place inside the staff of a&w paradise. Don’t think i am forgiving you guys for rest of my life . I will cone again and nobody knows when i will come but i will come and i will come forsure. Mark my words with golden blue gel marker bcz you will definitely have to give next exam ♾️

Ordered breakfast, was on my way home when I realized I was given the wrong toast. Returned to restaurant at which point food was cold. I requested a new meal and was told that I could only get toast replaced. So I asked for a full refund. Told me I could only get refund for toast. I have never heard of such a thing in all my restaurant experience’s. Will never return to Paradise Topsail Road A & W again. Supervisor was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. This A & W does not meet up to the chains standards . No stars for you

Just left the drive through. My order was taken wrong and when they gave me my food I explained that there was a drink and fries missing…. No big deal I figured. Well they refunded my meal and then Charged it again for a higher price which was also fine by me. So now I’m home, no fries, the drinks flat and I’m too tired to go back down. I just phoned and let the phone ring off the wall, not even an answering machine. At $70+ for 4 hamburger meals I’m a little ticked off to say the least when all the items aren’t even there.
