I have tried here numerous times and always end up with the wrong order, something missing or cold food. Staff are rude. The worst BK around.

Started out with a very cold, rude encounter at the front cash. The employee didn't really greet us, just sorta stared until we greeted them, and then they treated us as if we were annoying him by simply being there. I received somebody else's burger so I had to being it back and get a new one. My sons meal didn't come with any dipping sauce so had to go back for that. The mozza sticks were cold and so were the chicken fries. Dining area definitely could have used a quick sweep. The staff just don't seem to really care, they just look annoyed and laugh at customers who ask questions. Won't ever be back, I'll just take the extra time and go to another location.

Horrible experience. Gentleman on the register was nice but his grasp of English was terrible. Could not understand what he was asking. Ordered 3 original chicken sandwiches (1 without lettuce) and ended up with none having lettuce. 2 whoppers supposed to have extra bacon and cheese which I paid extra for and only 1 had it. Also ordered a poutine (lady packing bag almost forgot it) and ended up with onion rings in it (person eating hates onion!!) I made sure to check bags before leaving store and the 2 whoppers were missing, plus no nugget dipping sauce which I also asked for. Won't be going back any time soon. Very unorganized. Very disappointed for how much I paid.

Absolutely miserable experience. We werent acknowledged for newrly two minutes, one worker had personal ear buds in and was talking to someone while ignoring us. Order was wrong, when we went up to let them know another person was there as well saying their order was wron, ended up they got our burger and visited versa. Manager asked if we would just swap open burgers. We both declined and they seemed genuinely upset and took the wrong ones to make new ones. Also the bathroom floor was covered in urine couldn't even walk in.

I have ordered 2 spicy chicken wrap today i asked for extra pickles they charged me for that after so long they don't even put pickles inside and the girl who is standing or leading everyone she haven’t wear gloves she serving fries without gloves that’s so disgusting never ordering again

My children do prefer Burger King over most other fast food places. And have been to this location many times since it opened. But as of the last few months I have had issues with almost ever order I get on a regular basis. Ranging from the wrong items, burnt food, uneatable food mostly due to the fact that it seems it has been roasted in a bag of course salt! The employees that are working the drive through do not have a strong enough grasp of the English language and make errors every time I go now. I got an order of onion rings and had to throw them out, was like eating a snoop of salt. I understand customer service can be stressful at times, but you need to place the correct people in the correct job to avoid your product going out wrong or uneatable.
