I am reviewing 2 grazing boxes gifted for a birthday party. One was fruit, and it was amazing by all accounts. The sweet box though was quite disappointing. It contained mostly wrapped chocolate that was easily bought at a corner store, with very little baked goods. These were gifted to my mom for her 85th birthday. We, her kids, all live away and we thought these gift boxes would be an ideal addition to treat all the guests. This was not the case (for the sweet box). It was not as expected, or pictured as per the website. I do think a better job should have been done, especially for the price paid. For the record, I have been waiting 4 days thus far for a response to my email about this before posting my review.
Addendum: I received a response a few days after posting my review. Ownership was taken for the disappointing graze box, and options were given. No refund, but that is understandable as we did receive a product. I am happy with the suggested option, and will avail of this. I will say that the customer service seems to be fantastic. The response I received was professional and polite.

I received the cake decorating class as a gift. Iâm a complete beginner and went in a bit skeptical, but this class totally won me over. Everything was well organized, with professional-grade cake and icing prepared beforehand, and the instruction was great with one-on-one help when needed. I learned a lot and left with a cake I was proud of. The room had a good layout and was easy to work in. Very reasonably priced, especially since you take the cake home. A great gift idea for beginners, experienced decorators, or anyone looking to improve their skills.

We recently ordered a custom made Black Forest cake for an event. The presentation of the cake upon pickup was spectacular! We followed the verbal and written instructions. The cake was amazing, it was moist , icing was not sweet & it looked beautiful on the plates . Our guests really enjoyed it and several people took cake home â€ïž I was very happy with cake & would order again Thanks

We ordered a vanilla honey cake for our wedding dinner. It was missing the âjust marriedâ writing on the top so looked unfinished and wasnât what we wanted. When messaging them to let them know they seen the message and didnât bother to reply. We didnât use it for the wedding dinner after so we kept it in the fridge till the following day. Following the directions we took it out of the fridge for 2 hours to warm up and soften. The âbuttercreamâ was still a play dough like consistency and wa falling apart when cutting the cake. Pieces of the âbuttercreamâ could be cracked in half. It has little to no taste for a buttercream icing⊠for $160 we are extremely disappointed and again, didnât even end up using it for the wedding⊠would appreciate a reply to my messages to rectify this concern.
Absolutely LOVED Cakey Hand as a vendor for our event. We had their individual charcuterie cups and a dessert spread. They set it up beautifully, were easy to deal with but best of all weâve been drooling over everything ever since. Highly recommend

The cake was ordered for my granddaughterâs wedding. It was beautifully decorated and of course, as expected, delicious. We received many favorable comments.
Lovely spot. The red velvet cake we got was fresh, the buttercream icing was absolutely fantastic and the cake was not too sweet. The lady at the counter was helpful and nice.

The cake I purchased for a family gathering was beautiful and tasted great. Iâm not quite sure why it was described as âOreo,â as no one could detect any Oreos in it. It was a tasty chocolate cake, however. I would suggest cutting back on the food colouring, unless itâs a special request. All the cakes in the case were brightly coloured. While our cake looked lovely, we all had stained mouths within a couple bites and wish that could have been avoided.
